Coach Mark Jellison back to team practice
Rain must have started earlier this morning but did not keep die-hards from practicing this morning. We were cold, our hair and shoes got wet, but we stuck with our regimen of getting together despite the rain. No rain, no gain, folks! Luckily, the wind was not too bad. Well actually, compared to rest of the country’s wintery weather, today’s rain wasn’t that bad, really. We started with short warm-up drills and did 2 x 300m and 4 x 40m sprints. Because of the unfamiliar weather condition (we are spoiled), we did not push it too hard and made it short. The season is still early!
